Maplerose is a shop to celebrate creativity all year round. We are a Waldorf-inspired arts and crafts shop and create all of our craft kits from the comfort of our mountain home in Western Canada. Maplerose is a family-run business that with mom and the 2 hooligans at the helm. High-quality, natural ingredients make for a more enjoyable experience and so we create kits with that in mind. We love beeswax, wool and wood and know that we are naturally drawn to things, even craft supplies, by all of our senses - vibrant colours, natural textures, even smell! We're looking at you, beeswax. We use as little plastic as possible and all packaging is completely recyclable. As an unschooling family, we are constantly developing and testing what we sell. We know what kids love! We create clear and photo-illustrated instructions to make learning with our kits fun and easy. And there's even an email adress included in case of a crafting emergency. Our kits of for young children (4-5 years) with the helping hand of an adult but are also for adults who are keen to learn something new, create some gifts or just have some fun with our beautiful high quality supplies.Read their story
