Chavah is a designer, wife, mama & Hanson enthusiast. She has always been drawn to making and creating Chavah was trained at New Brunswick College of Craft and Design in Fredericton, New Brunswick and then continued on to Humber College in Toronto, Ontario to study fashion marketing. She now creates high quality custom garments from her studio in Saint John , New Brunswick for her brand, CHAVAH LINDSAY.

Allina Liu is a non-seasonal label based in lower Manhattan, NYC. After honing her design skills at notable fashion houses such as The Row, Thakoon, and Rebecca Taylor, Allina Liu launched her eponymous brand in 2015. Seeking to combine elegance with sensuality and comfort with style, Allina's work explores the confluence of opposites. Inspirations include Chinese photographer Ren Hang, Korean fiber artist Do-ho Suh, and 17th century Dutch portraiture. Her work has been featured on celebrities such as Cardi B, Justine Skye, Awkwafina, & Ji Hye Park. Liu's pieces have also been highlighted across a number of iconic publications such as Vogue, WWD, Marie Claire, Glamour, NYLON, Contributor Magazine, Fader, and many more. The idea of London based Sportswear brand Nakeid was born in 2016 while founder Elena Gromova was pedalling 160km - competing in the famous cycling race L’etape du Tour de France. As a professional sports woman, Elena was frustrated that the selection of professional cycling wear for ladies was quite limited and much smaller than the one for men. This is when the first cycling collection appeared and transferred later into a much wider range for different types of sports and fitness.

Hello everyone, My story starting from the bottom, I decided to go independent work from home, an invest in a 4-colour silkscreen machine and hand drawing organic graphic shirts in my Toronto apartment. My t-shirts sparked some local conversation and interest. Following my passion for handmade clothing, I attended indie fashion trade-shows and participated in University fashion events for cancer research fundraisers, called “fashion for a cure” at Wilfrid Laurier University, Canada. The age of 24, I sold my graphic shirts B2B in stores from Toronto to Montreal. Years later, with some experience I was given opportunity as an apparel graphic designer from companies based in Canada. Why Focus on Sustainable + Ethical Fashion? In 2013, I was heartbroken when I heard about the Dhaka factory collapse, it was a wake up call to the world. I really disapprove of unethical behaviour and decided to start my own fashion label that's considered future forward. Regarding our planet, 80% of clothing ends up landfill to decompose. Most of the clothing is non sustainable fabrics that releases toxic gases and carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. :( At the age of 33, I moved to Milano, Italy in 2015, to pursue a Digital Women’s Fashion Design Certificate. With eco in my mind, I want to help create a better future in the clothing industry. My brands two principles are focusing on sustainable and bio fabrics, and supporting ethical good work environments for all garment workers.
