Nosheen Iqbal is a Dallas based creative with experience working in product with high end brands, Noshii began out of the love for surface design, textiles and interiors. Conceptualized in 2007, as commission based work and installations it soon grew steadily and evolved in both material and style. In 2017, Noshii was expanded into select stores. Her choice of color, pattern and texture play a dominate role in her product along with sustainability. Intrigued by the idea of tactility of mixed media textile and the juxtaposition of soft and hard materials - nature versus modern. To further explore this notion, she combines fibers and wood to create something handmade using unconventional techniques. She has worked with brands such as Hermes to create extraordinary installations for their store window. She has also created charitable pieces for Dwell with Dignity, The Warren Center and the Humane League. Her mixed media fiber art has been exhibited in gallery shows in both Dallas and in the United Kingdom.
