About Pangea Movement
PANGEA is an eco-brand for the outdoors created by a group of travellers that uses part of its funds to clean the planet, through cleanups, waste management and preventing new trash creation. Since our inception we've had the most successful environmental Kickstarter raising more than $500,000 USD, organising more than 38 cleanup's in 10 countries, removing more than 42,000kg of trash that would have otherwise ended up in the ocean. After sponsoring two rivers in partnership with Sungai Watch, we decided we wanted to expand our river barrier mission. The world’s 1,000 most polluted rivers are responsible for 80% of ocean plastic, so by targeting those rivers, we can have an immediate, measurable impact on the amount of trash that reaches the ocean.

We're here to stripe up your life with towels that you'll tell your friends about. Supporting charities we love, while pushing positivity is a key pillar of our mission - we're the boldest on the beach, in the bathroom and by the pool, and we won't stop until we've made the world brighter. Launched in August 2015, Dock & Bay has grown up fast (something the founders never did!) We set out to create the ultimate quick dry beach towel, and now we make not only that, but a range of innovative, high quality, affordable and sustainable products that our customers can’t seem to get enough of - thanks by the way! A Brit (Andy) and an Aussie (Ben), started Dock & Bay by drinking too much after work one day. Sharing a passion for travel and not taking themselves too seriously, they pulled down a red curtain from the wall and stuck pieces of white paper to it, creating their first towel design with our now iconic stripes. The journey so far has involved a visit to the Dragons' Den, exciting investments, innovations galore and now we have a talented team of 10 taking the brand to the next level, including big steps in sustainability and 'Doing our Bit'

In the 1960's, our family created a business in Istanbul selling products in Istanbul's one and only world famous Grand Bazaar. For over 50 years, we have introduced travelers of the bazaar to the deep artistic and cultural heritage of Anatolia through items such as jewelry, ceramic pottery, lamps, and fabrics that reflect the region's rich and diverse history. Ever since its founding, our shop has partnered directly with the Anatolian artists and manufacturers of the products in what is now central Turkey. This was a unique strategy at the time and remains our primary differentiation more than 50 years later. Without any middlemen in our supply chain, we have been able to offer honest and decent living wages to the artists while maintaining the best prices in the Istanbul market. Today, we believe our US customers deserve to access this beautiful Anatolian cultural heritage at a reasonable price, and we strive to provide the best selection and quality everyday.
