Stefania Mancini "was born in the kitchen": her parents owned the restaurant Ada, well-known in Viterbo. Today she is the patron of the restaurant Gur.me, supported by the young chef Emanuele Aquilanti, who joined the team in 2021 with his determination and creativity. In 2023, chefs Stefania and Emanuele decided to open a completely gluten-free pastry lab: "SPAZIOGOLOSO!" Within it, they created two brands: "MADAI! it's gluten-free" and "SAME TASTE, gluten-free." MADAI: A lively and appealing brand that brings gluten-free taste to bars, wine shops, and stores, proving that eating gluten-free can be surprising and delicious. SAME TASTE: The artisanal quality of gluten-free, present in large-scale distribution (GDO) and catering (RDO), to ensure an authentic taste experience everywhere. Inclusivity, quality, and accessibility are the pillars of the project, which aims for "good for everyone," not only for consumers with allergies or intolerances but for lovers of good food and colleagues who wish to offer a quality gluten-free option, thanks to a reliable supplier that has formulated safe, artisanal products with a high-quality profile.
