Our pasta is easy to merchandise, packed 6 bags per case and our wholesale price and our suggested retail allows the retailer to make a good profit margin. The Valente Family has been handcrafting artisanal pasta in Charlottesville, Virginia since 1982 following our Italian grandmother’s recipe. Valente Market pasta is made in the traditional way; it is mixed, rolled, cut, and air-dried. Our non-GMO plant-based pasta ingredients are hard spring wheat flour, vegetable powders, herbs, seasonings, and water. There are NO eggs, soy, dairy, nuts, or fish in our facility. Our flour is grown and milled in the United States. The pasta cooks in 3-5 minutes and tastes just like fresh. Pasta Centoni - Lorè S.r.l.

Apulian culinary tradition and excellent quality ingredients, this is the mix that gives life to the products of the Centoni Pasta Factory, thanks to the vast experience gained in the field. A specific vision that allows the company to identify itself perfectly in its products that stand out for their originality and quality. Our basic philosophy is therefore authenticity. We aim for ourselves through a careful and meticulous search for the best raw materials. In fact, we use the best 100% Italian durum wheat semolina, with an extraction value that does not exceed 30%, the use of advanced technologies and the traditional recipe for “family pasta”. The Centoni pasta factory was born in Puglia, famous all over the world for the production of artisanal pasta, such as the famous Orecchiette. Centoni offers the most authentic experience with its choice of traditional and special types of pasta. The slow drying at low temperature and the bronze die offer the typical roughness that allows the seasoning to be retained. The flavored pasta was born from the idea of “experimenting with tradition”. We have combined particular flavors to the most classic formats, such as squid ink, or special flours such as burnt wheat. Every bite is a taste of our land, our history and our tradition.

MAISON BLIN

In our traditional farm body, we rehabilitated an old beet factory in a pasta making workshop, it is here that we had the idea of combining two flavors to create unique pasta. With our family and friends as Guinea pigs-testers, we have mixed natural tastes, and invented a range of gourmet pasta. Tomato-Basil, Lemon-Rosemary, Garlic-Parsley, Pumpting-Chestnut, Pepper Charcoal... Our pasta is the result of a short circuit: we sow durum wheat on our land, we harvest it ourselves, then once processed in a nearby mill, we make the pasta.

We are Producers of 100% Italian Oil and Pasta Tradition and Made in Italy are the trademark of the Vallillo family. From farmers to entrepreneurs, they have been promoting local agriculture for fifty years, giving a voice to that silent Italy that often goes unnoticed. The stubbornness of Donna Lucia led to the creation of an oil mill and a company pasta factory, exclusively through their own efforts. Thus, oil and pasta become niche products. The Vallillo's dream of a circular economy has become a reality with Fortunato and Lucia's project to promote high quality by closing the supply chain. Today, Antonio, Gabriele, Ludovica, and Martina synergistically and with excellent managerial and management skills aim for innovation and constant growth. We remain farmers among farmers. The core objective of our family is to guarantee high-quality products from a circular and sustainable agricultural economy. As intermediaries between producer and consumer, we support an ethical supply chain that allows the grower a fair and stable income and the consumer a product obtained from controlled raw materials and transformed by Vallillo's experience and seriousness. In addition to pasta and oil, we want to bring to our consumers' tables the values that represent us: transparency, honesty, and trust. We offer dignity and opportunities to the territory.
