About Splintered Sauce

Splintered Sauce was borne out of the pandemic by and for folks that like to put hot sauce on just about everything including dessert and drink. A love of music doesn't hurt either. Our three current sauces are fruit based and feature the Carolina Reaper, one of the world's hottest peppers. However, our sauces are not outrageously hot. We designed our sauces to be appeal to a broad audience and those who like to cook with an adventurous approach. Three current flavors (but more in the works): Strawberry (Hummin' & Strummin'), blueberry (Dirty Blues) and pineapple (Lu'Au Pohaku). Hummin' & Strummin' could be considered the most versatile sauce. It is good with eggs, burgers, chicken, pizza, Bloody Mary's, nachos, and finger foods. Dirty Blues is a good go-to for pork, brisket, pancakes and waffles and ice cream. Lu'Au Pohaku is also good with eggs and pizza, but also great with seafood and spicing up margaritas and other cocktails such as a Long Island Iced Tea.
