Biokef was founded in 2018 by Agata and her son Alexander. Agata is obsessed with gut health having overcome a gut issue herself and Kefir plays a big part in her recovery. The idea to turn this passion into a business actually came from her son Alexander (5 at the time) who loves kefir and has it on his breakfast cereal every day. One day he asked “Mum, why don’t we make my favourite strawberry kefir and start selling it?” The rest is history… Their mission now, is to introduce Kefir into as many homes as possible to improve their customers’ health and well being.
