A love for all things nutrition was birthed through my own health concerns and increasing demand for more natural, effective options for preventative care and healing. We've spent intentional time creating these products, studying and sourcing quality resources so you don't have to. We take pride in putting our best foot forward for the community and know that the quality each person receives with HEC with speak for itself. We source organic and sustainable ingredients which is a priority for us. What started with our flagship product, Honest Elderberry Syrup, that has morphed into a branch of other trusted health and wellness products with an emphasis on elderberry and elderflower. Today our effective syrup has become a staple in my family’s lives and other families nationwide! We're now on a mission to share the same relief we have found with elderberry with the world!
