We work with Spanish and Portuguese craftsmen who have spent their entire lives mastering their craft and whose heritage and existence are only threatened not by the pandemic, but above all by global trade at dumping prices. Our production is based on a zero-waste policy and on genuine, warm-hearted relationships.

SDN is a Black-owned, Brooklyn-based clothing company focusing on sustainability, forward design and a commitment to progressive causes. We use organic/sustainable textiles as well as local/fair labor. What started as an art project, in 2008, making one-of-a-kind repurposed T-shirts eventually evolved into a full line of Menswear and Womenswear selling throughout the US. Maintaining the principles of sustainability and local production, SDN continues to cater to its local, hip New York audience as well as new fans worldwide. Designer, Marcus Hicks has also worked as a set/celebrity tailor in NYC. He has worked with Beyonce, Destiny’s Child, Alicia Keys, Jon Bon Jovi, Anthony Anderson, as well as many other celebrities, major fashion shows and catalogues internationally.

The Brooklyn Razor Green Choice collection often consists of just a few sizes per article. We buy rest fabric from luxury brands and upcycle it.. Beautiful fabric, but only available in very small quantities. Most brands and factories won’t start production unless 1000 pairs are sold. Thanks to our unique production method we can work with very small quantities. We make our perfectly fitted trousers and shirts even if there is just enough fabric to make only a few pairs. We are a unique, environmentally friendly and flexible concept that makes you money and looks incredible UNIQUE - We never produce more then 75 pieces of an article and most articles have fewer than 15 pieces. It will often be the case that a store is one of just a handfull of stores in the world selling this particular pair of trousers. As a store you will have a unique product, a special collaboration with this brand that has made this product just for your store. And the customer can buy this unique product only at a few stores in the world! ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY – Upcycling reduces clothing and textile waste by buying dead stock to make new products. Producing one t-shirt can demand a water use of thousands of liters. Using already made textiles does not add extra use of water to our production process.
