We too take our time to find and source the best, most nourishing ingredients, and wait for the seasons to nurture them to goodness. Trading back to her roots, she started practicing Vipassana – one of India’s most ancient techniques of meditation. That’s when an epiphany dawned upon her — outward beauty is a direct reflection of the inner self. With that thought, the process began with traveling across India locating pure and exotic ingredients that took over a year, and then finding genuine Ayurvedic practitioners and informed experts to fine tune the recipes. After over 500 days, Nourish Mantra was born.
