In 2014, Heiko Hoos decided that he no longer wants to choose between classic and modern when it comes to gin — from now on he burns himself: after London gin process, honest and with powerful juniper, gin. But also refreshing and complex, with aromas that make you think of the forest. Hoos designs the bottle design completely on his own, takes care of marketing and sales without investors or support from the liquor industry. Because he wants to realize his own vision of good gin, but also because that vision requires a fair price. His success proves him right: In 2020, gin lovers from all over Germany will enjoy the one-man distillate Hoos Gin in four unique varieties and with the matching in-house vermouth.
