How Good Dee’s Was Born? I started Good Dee’s with my savings of $5,000. I was dedicated and focused on making this dream a reality. I did everything I could imagine laying the foundation for my first business. I was working 2 jobs to support my family but then I was let go when I was 8 months pregnant with my second son. It was surreal moment when Brownie mix hit number 1 on Amazon a month later. I grew because of my amazing customers...thank you so much. What is Good Dee’s? I want Good Dee’s to be a name in your house. A brand your children with food allergies can call their own, your family members with diabetes can enjoy during special occasions and give those who just want to try a new lifestyle a healthy start. Sweet Logic’s journey began in 2017 with Alli and Matt, a dynamic husband-and-wife team, diving into a ketogenic adventure. Alli was battling hormonal imbalances, while Matt was researching anti-cancer and diabetic-friendly diets after losing his father to cancer and his grandmother to diabetes complications. As they explored keto, they realized a major hurdle: finding sweet treats that fit their diet was nearly impossible. With a shared love for sweets and determination to stay healthy, Alli and Matt took matters into their own hands. From their kitchen, Sweet Logic was born! This female and Hispanic-owned company became their labor of love, creating delicious, keto, low-carb, and diabetic-friendly treats. Their vision? A world where indulgence didn’t mean compromising health. Sweet Logic’s mission: to provide convenient, sugar-free, and healthy snack options. Julie is the Founder of The Vegan Knife. After being diagnosed with multiple food allergies as an adult, Julie created a line of gluten free, vegan, and allergy friendly cupcake/cake and donut baking mixes that everyone will enjoy! Julie believes that everyone should be able to enjoy a yummy piece of cake or a donut even if they have food allergies. This motto was Julie's motivation to create baking mixes that were all-inclusive and that were "Free From" the Top 8 food allergies." Julie was a winner of the 2021 Stacy's Rise Project, which was sponsored by Stacy's Pita Chips and PepsiCo. She was also named as one of the Forbes Next 1000 Entrepreneurs!
