Lancaster Beard Company

As an athlete, I am always sweating. When you sweat, your pores open up to let the sweat out, but also can let chemicals in that you put on your skin. I started Lancaster Beard Company, because I couldn't find an organic product that I liked. Not enough hold, too greasy, too heavy, not organic. I've tried them and it helped me figure out what I wanted in a balm, and it seems that others want it too. Our beard balms are just the right blend to keep facial hair, and the skin underneath, healthy and hydrated. The include beeswax to provide a little bit of hold without weighing your beard down. Our soaps clean without stripping out the natural oils that are important to your beard. We use simple, organic ingredients to create small batch, handcrafted beard products. Lancaster Beard Company has grown organically to keep our products unique and our quality standards at the highest level. We are looking forward to partner with retailers around the world to help men (and women) discover the best beard products on the market.

Miners + Monroe Grooming Co.

Founded in 2018, we moved away from the ordinary & created something as a family. Miners + Monroe was born from the idea that we could create a timeless & classic brand that provides quality goods at accessible price points. With a focus on products that are made with the highest quality ingredients while maintaining accessible retails, M + M Grooming Co. curates products that both serve a purpose and fit an aesthetic. Our products are not made with a single focus; most anyone can use them. From beards, to minor scruff, to dry split-ends or just dry skin, our blend of oils & butters are packed with vitamins, fats and nutrients that help with an array of hair & skin issues. We crafted all of our apothecary items form all-natural ingredients that are clean and easy to use. Added in 2021, the M + M Clothing Co. line will focus on timeless looks that will help you build & maintain your wardrobe, not continuously replace it. Our line of graphics are printed by the best in the business, Massive Printing, in Costa Mesa, CA. Our assortment of jackets and flannels will feature clean looks and styles that can be worn for years & never go out of style. We don't look to chase trends, just stay classic. We are based in Pittsburg, KS, a small rural town in SE Kansas, we incorporate a blue-collar mentality in all we do. We craft our apothecary items ourselves, right at our shop & we design our apparel styles as well and maintain quality throughout the process.

Merkur Razors

Founded in 1896 by Emil Hermes, the company was intended to name Hermes after the Greek God but since there were already another cutlery company by that name; it was then named ‘Merkur’ after the Roman equivalent of Hermes. Merkur represents the Roman God ‘Mercury’ on its packaging as well. The first razors for wet shaving already featured a safety comb, into which you clipped a removable wedge-shaped blade. Shortened to 4cm, it was similar in form to a classic straight razor blade. However, it needed to be regularly sharpened. The early models such as 3pc open comb, the gold textured were then introduced. At the beginning of 20th century, production began on very sharp, double edge razor blades, like those produced today. They reduced the risk of injury and when they were blunt, they were cheaper to replace. The sons Eric and Hans joined the company in the late 1920’s. During this period, Merkur launched the progress model which was available in a short (3inch) and (4inch) handle with a very wide adjustment range. It was a 2pc razor with adjustment setting at the bottom of the handle. Also the detailing safety razor was introduced here. It was specially designed for hard-to-reach places mainly used for touch-ups and trimming. It had a knurled handle that helped with better grip. Over the years Merkur patented several times of its models.

Our story The Golden Spartan started out like most great ideas. Humbly, but full of passion, drive and hard work. The first product portfolio featured four premium beard oils. With a lot of belief and love in the work we do, our current portfolio boasts an amazing range of 60 products for your beard, hair, body and tattoos! We are constantly growing and diversifying our product range with the simple goal of providing all the specially formulated grooming and hygiene products men need. The Golden Spartan uses only the highest quality natural ingredients. We do not use sulfates, parabens, mineral oils or other synthetic and harmful ingredients. All our beard oils, balms, soaps, shampoos and other products are handmade in small batches with great care. We view ourselves as a community and a movement, rather than just another large-scale, high-production company. Our customers are valued members of our community, not a source of income. We are a family-run business of genuine enthusiasts who love nothing more than taking care of your beard, hair and tattoos. We pride ourselves on being authentic and unique. This goes for everything we do. From crafting our recipes, the production process, design, packaging and communicating with our customers. Our customers’ needs come first and their satisfaction is our greatest reward.
