Here at Zakka Workshop, we publish distinctive craft books, patterns, and kits with this philosophy in mind. With a background in book packaging, the Zakka Workshop team has experience making authentic Japanese projects accessible to English-speaking crafters. We are inspired by fresh, contemporary Japanese design and aim to make it available to sewists, crafters, quilters, stitchers, and makers around the world!

Carley began Nest Embirdery in 2020 as a way to explore textile art and needle work in a modern way. Through embroidery, she advocates and educates others about endangered species and how we can save animals across the globe. Nest Embirdery promotes sustainability and environmentalism through the use of FSC-certified products, eco-friendly packaging, and up-cycled supplies. We supply embroidery kits for others to create art of their own and explore new hobbies as well as kits to be able to embroider your own clothing.

Hi I’m Amy and I am a textile artist and all round crafter. I set up The Edinburgh Craft Club from my studio in, you guessed it, Edinburgh, after graduating with a degree in textile design from Duncan Of Jordanstone College of Art in Dundee, Scotland. When I say craft I don’t want it to conjure up the chintzy image of your granny's knitted toilet roll cover. My aim is to reclaim craft to be modern, relevant and even cool! Since 2018 I have taught over 4000 people in my colourful classes for novice crafters. I also make my own range of beautiful craft kits to be enjoyed at home. I design each kit from start to finish and have lots of experience in creating and writing projects that are easy to follow and complete. I am passionate about creating non chintzy craft projects and you'll never find me happier than when I'm in my studio coming up with new ideas.

Welcome to Feather Felts!! Throughout my creative life, I realise that felting for me is the culmination of many disciplines and experiences. One of the main influences was Kaffe Fassett, the famous American knitter and embroiderer who arrived in England in the early 60’s. His work is an explosion of colour and detail. I have visited many galleries and museums and always gravitate to colour and nature. Georgia O’Keefe is another artist who I admire greatly. I have quilted, embroidered, painted, drawn, sewn and crafted over the years and now concentrate on my best love - felting! It is so versatile and allows me to create landscapes in wet felt and animals in needle felt. The sheer variety of Britain’s wildlife and plant life offer endless inspiration and, always the teacher, I love to share and teach others. PLEASE NOTE: Regarding the Needle Felting Kits "with foam" or "without foam" option... The foam option sells best as gifts and for first-time needle felters as they are a COMPLETE KIT. Nothing else is needed. The without foam option are for people who already have their own foam or similar to work on and have needle felted before. We are a small family business and strive to create kits and models that people will love. We live in a small village surrounded by countryside and near the sea which is where I draw my inspiration from. Welcome to Nicola’s Craft Shop, Crafting is a beautiful thing, it’s how my journey all started! A long time ago I used to hand make all my daughters accessories from hair bows to tutu dresses. This is where my love for supplies came from because we all know we need more supplies then we are going to make with. I decided to become a UK craft supplier as back when I started there wasn’t many of them around and still to this day I absolutely adore what I do. I started out as the owner of Ella Rae Gifts, where I began making jewellery and since branched out into lots more including, macrame, soaps, crochet bags, face scrubbies, scrunchies and resin to name but a few. Since working with resin I found I had so many ideas but struggled to get hold of the moulds I wanted and so decided to make my own and I wanted to share my ideas with you all.
