Thank you for your continued support of my wee business! with very best wishes Elaine x To quickly introduce myself, I’m Elaine, a glass half full kind of girl with a fondness for a highland cow, which was my inspiration for The Ticketyboo Coo. I'm originally from Nairn in the Highlands and grew up with a field of highland cattle along the road that I would chat with each day on my way to school. There's still cattle in that field and a visit home still consists of a quick chat with them, although I now have a couple of small people tagging along who are growing up to be just as fond of them! I work with fine silver in its clay form, sterling silver, semi-precious gemstones and every now and again a little splash of gold at my home studio in Edinburgh, to make a variety of products from earrings and cufflinks to bangles and necklaces, in styles ranging from my popular Scottish Seashell collection to Tickety and Boo the Highland Cows. The Grey Birch is a jewelry and accessory brand located in Upstate New York that features simple, elegant, and functional pieces. Made from vintage brass components, 14kt gold plated chains, and surgical steel posts, the line offers affordability, durability, and wearability for almost anyone. Founded in 2015, The Grey Birch consisted of both vintage items as well as handmade, and made the shift to entirely handmade by 2016. The brass components are both vintage deadstock as well as Turkish brass. This means that for some pieces, the supply is finite, but this allows for the opportunity to create new designs without over-saturating the line and offerings. However, there are many pieces that have been available since the beginning and are tried and true customer favorites. I'm excited to share my designs and pieces with you.

Helen Chalmers is a trained jewelry designer who specialises in glass. Based in Scotland she studied at Duncan of Jordanstone in Dundee and now transforms Italian and German glass into earrings and pendants from her Queensferry workshop using the technique of lampworking. She adores working with colour and adding a wee slick of coloured enamel and precious metals to finish some of her pieces. Helen is keen to make her work affordable and accessible so anyone can own a bit of art jewelry if they fancy it! Her studs are the most popular item by far, they are made by melting glass directly onto the hypoallergenic surgical steel posts meaning they are permanently fused together with no need for glue. As such, they are suitable for vegans and can be worn without any paranoia of glue coming apart. Enjoy browsing and thank you for looking!

Prickle People colourful accessories and jewellery inspired by all things cute. All items are hand designed by myself (Amy) and brought to life using laser cut FSC certifed birch wood or UK sourced acrylic. They are either UV printed by a local company or hand painted by myself. Each piece is assembled and packaged with care. Sustainablity is at the heart of the brand and all packaging is recycled and recyclable. The backing cards are printed on FSC certifed stock and orders are packed in recyclable boxes. Jewellery is protected in sealed biodegradable 'cello' bags made from corn starch.
