In 2014, Edmunds was born. This is the story of the young couple from Brussels, Camille and Matthieu (without forgetting their parrot Edmond). That year, during the holiday season, Matthew was looking for a bow tie. He told Camille about it, who made one for him for the occasion. The bow tie liked a lot, and a lot of people were interested in it. From that day on, Edmunds has participated in six great years of stability and sustainability in the world of its creators. In 2020, the coronavirus is coming and redrawing all economic conditions. The small Belgian brand wonders what will become of it... What if it was time for a change? We need to “turn words into actions,” explains Matthew. So Edmunds completely relocates and chooses from A to Z a tailoring made in Belgium in its Brussels workshops. Aware of the extremely polluting ecological impact of the textile industry, it chooses to adopt raw materials that respect the environment.

Passionate about fashion and the web, we are committed to offering products and a universe different from what we find everywhere. Abstract is an Italian brand that has been experimenting with prints, textile processes and updating products since 2014, the year of the first abstract-themed artwork. Each product is made in Lake Como district where textile is not just a business, but a passion handed down from generation to generation. We collaborate only with GOTS, GRS, FSC, OEKO-TEX certifications. We work with artisans located in the Lake Como district and design collection that last years in terms of quality and aesthetics. We avoid textiles that contain blends of fibers, which would hinder the future possibility of recycling it, selecting natural fibers that are naturally biodegradable.
