About Bee Ulmo
One day, while BEE ULMO’s husband-wife co-founders were traveling through the breathtaking, remote and pristine forests of Chilean Patagonia, they discovered this miraculous honey that came from the Ulmo tree flower. At first, the couple thought it was only the region's people being proud of their local honey. But upon closer examination, they learned... The Catholic University of Chile, led by prominent scientist and botanist Dr. Gloria Montenegro, has been conducting studies on the properties of Ulmo honey for over 30 years. After analyzing more than 500 varieties of honey from around the world, BEE ULMO showed higher antibacterial properties than all other brands of honey, making BEE ULMO nature’s most powerful honey. BEE ULMO is APF (Active Patagonia Factor) certified, which proves its natural capacity to fight bacteria that are resistant to traditional antibiotics, such as Penicillin, inhibiting its development and preventing its spread. Our promises: - We only use unprocessed and unfiltered raw Patagonian Ulmo honey. - We don’t use any additives or artificial ingredients to maintain its purity and creamy texture. - We never heat up or mix our honey in order to keep its anti-bacterial properties, vitamins, minerals and enzymes intact. With your morning coffee, afternoon tea, with lukewarm water and lemon juice, with fruit, on a toast,.. or by itself, BEE ULMO’s unique floral flavor will keep you coming back for more!

Mama Buci produces award-winning, ethical, and socially responsible pure honey made by wild African bees from the Zambian Miombo forests. Our unique, hand-built hives are fully sustainable and crafted locally, in order to preserve the trees and provide a permanent hive for future communities to benefit from. The bees forage in the natural local flora, which is what gives our honey its unique flavour. Our honey is pure, cold filtered and free from any additives or preservatives. We build over 150 beehives a day, 5 days a week, in our local Zambian workshop. We have provided over 70,000 beehives to the local community, which will produce over 400 tonnes of raw honey in one year alone. Our profits are reinvested back into helping the local communities. We currently support over 7000 families in Zambia by providing them with the hives, training and education needed to produce delicious, pure honey. Education is key to rebuilding and invigorating impoverished communities, and that is at the heart of the Mama Buci story. Our focus starts with educating the beekeepers and families on how to work with their land to help maintain a healthy ecosystem. The success of our enterprise has also allowed us to have a positive impact on the education of local young people, with many families now able to afford to send their children to school. By purchasing our honey, you are becoming part of the Mama Buci story and directly affecting change in communities that really need our help.

The ANTONELLA SICA farm was born in 2019 in Giffoni Valle Piana, municipality of the Picentini, in the province of Salerno, with a registered REDONDA trademark, supporting, in synergy and partnership, the farm of her husband Vincenzo Pettinati with a registered trademark of San Giuseppe oil. On a total area of about 52 hectares are mainly cultivated hazelnuts (Tonda di Giffoni cultivars), olive oil, mainly Rotondella and Frantoio quality (SAN GIUSEPPE Vergine OIL, Extra Virgin and DOP Colline Salerno) and wine grapes (EUTRAPELIA wine). The passion for the land and the “manna” of owning, for generations, a heritage of fertile land, have pushed us to embark on an adventure that, we hope, will take us far. Our young and innovative spirit pushes us to improve and experiment with new productions, always respectful of nature and tradition. Redonda expresses, in addition to the sense of roundness typical of the Giffoni Nocciola cultivar, the sense of freedom, of pursuing good and acting always carried and inspired by love. Redonda also symbolizes man's ultimate goal. Redonda is authorized to process the hazelnut to become Giffoni PGI Hazelnut. The company has also been in organic since 2022. The entire production process of hazelnut transformation from shelling to packaging is carried out directly in the company.

The Travelling Bee Company is a family run business based in the UK that specialises in producing raw, natural and unprocessed honeys in an ethical way. Simply put, we care about bees and their well-being and the proof is in the jar, because we believe that happy and healthy bees make the best honey. We first started beekeeping in the urban fringes of the counties of Tyne and Wear and Northumberland and then located hives to Scotland in the beautiful county of Argyll and Bute to take advantage of the natural, wild heather. As well as our own honey, we work with select beekeepers across the world that share the same values as we do and showcase their honeys. Our balms, soaps and gift sets all contain our honey. On our various platforms we aim to add an educational element in the hope that you might want to follow the progress of our bee hives and support local producers and beekeeping. All of our bees are homed in quality hives in beautiful locations giving you the benefits of their skills in obtaining the highest quality natural nectar and pollen.

We have always been passionate about bees and raw honey. Regularly visiting our good friend Csaba, who is a committed beekeeper, has always been exciting. We talked for hours about bees and beekeeping. He looks after his bees like they were his children. This level of care and commitment amazed me, his raw honey is truly exceptional quality. After every visit, we ended up with many kgs of honey on our hands. We were enjoying his honey for many years, we always loved it. Even since we moved to the UK, we were bringing it back with us from family visits. Somehow the taste and smells keep reminding us of our childhood and homeland. Those breakfasts, cakes and other lovely stuff are made with this fantastic gift of nature. The idea of RAW Artisan Honey was born around 2013. We like to gift honey to friends for various occasions. When our friends were asking about the honey we brought from home, it didn’t take long to realise that we have something special. We were passionately telling the stories about each variety, the bees to our friends and they were just loving the quality and the philosophy behind artisan honey. The feedbacks have always been great, and soon after we decided to turn our passion into RAW Artisan honey.

Honey & Greens was created with a mission to make a lasting impact on people and the planet. Growing up, our founder, Idris, felt a deep desire to contribute to something meaningful. After years of research and learning how food choices affect both health and the environment, Idris uncovered a troubling fact: honey, a symbol of purity, is one of the most counterfeited foods in the world. In 2022, a visit to UK bee farms changed everything. Witnessing the care of local beekeepers and the magic of pure honey inspired Idris to create a brand dedicated to authenticity, sustainability, and exceptional taste. Today, Honey & Greens works closely with ethical farmers and cooperatives in the UK and beyond to bring you nature’s finest honey. Our vision is to empower healthier lifestyles while promoting a greener planet through innovative, sustainable honey and greens products.
