Lou Dillon, a Registered Nutritionist and recent Food Science graduate, founded Twisted Kombucha during her Master's studies. We are a family owned soft drinks company based in rural Cambridgeshire - run by husband and wife team Claire and Hakon. We were founded in 2009 by Claire who had the the simple aim of making the best soft drinks ever. The drinks are based on those her granny Jessie made her when she was growing up in the Wye Valley. We decided right at the outset not to be stocked in supermarkets! We supply delis, cafes, farm shops and garden centres with our range of 15 drinks. We're very proud of the various Great Taste Awards we have been awarded by the Guild of Fine Food. It makes us proud to know that our drinks are held in such high regard by peers in the world of Fine Food and Drink. There are lots of ways to describe your business, but for me Breckland Orchard is a Goldilocks company ….not too big, not too small….we are just right. The perfect size [with scope to grow of course!] We are small enough to be hands on, accountable. Small enough to know all our customers, respond personally, to know the business inside out and treat others like we would like to be treated. Large enough to get some economies of scale and to be able to supply all over the UK. Large enough to be competitively priced against our [much much] bigger competitors. We’ve kept true to our values and I love it when someone calls wanting to know if they can speak to someone in ‘accounts payable’ or ‘the currency department’. It’s way more personal than that! Sipp'd is a small independent soft drinks producer based on the Essex London border. We produce 100% natural handcrafted sodas which use nothing but real fruits, herbs, spices and unrefined cane sugar. We don't use concentrates, colourings, flavourings or sweeteners in our drinks. During the UK apple season, we produce a range of small batch apples juices which are pressed in single varieties using locally sourced wonky and excess apples.

Founder Laurie is all about flavour. A trained cheesemaker and brewer, he is obsessed with great tasting food and drink. A few years wiser, and several rounds later, he seeked a healthier alternative treat, one that still hit the spot - the only problem was what? Soft drinks have needed to up their game for some time, so we started playing with the best natural and organic ingredients to create something special that did just that. BETTER TASTING, BETTER FOR YOU. Whilst having a lot of fun experimenting / fermenting / blending / brewing, we discovered an old-school style of drink called a 'switchel' - A super thirst-quenching beverage, once drunk by thirsty farmers as an elixir by day, and then as a mixer for spirits by night. This is what we had been searching for! All the flavours sat so well together - a zing from the apple cider vinegar, backed-up by ginger and lemon, then rounded out with honey. SIMPLE, DELICIOUS + BEYOND REFRESHING. 'Zingi Bear' (from the latin for ginger 'zingiber' - and how we thought it sounded) is our take on that drink. We first came across kombucha on a trip to New York back in 2016. Lisa had been reading about gut health and had heard that kombucha was fantastic for bringing the gut and the body back in to balance as it promotes and maintains a healthy digestive function. By the end of the trip, we were hooked and were noticing positive changes that we felt were related to the kombucha - we had more energy and felt less bloated. Back in London, we wanted to continue feeding our kombucha cravings. We decided to start brewing our own and the idea for MOMO was born. Our aim is to produce the UK's tastiest and highest quality kombucha. We are fully committed to the traditional, homemade brewing method with small glass jars. We also leave our kombucha completely unfiltered for a fuller depth of flavour. All our ingredients are certified organic.
