Our Products are handcrafted in Ecuador & Perú by various family co-ops. A community of more than 25 groups of artisans forms part of the Terra group. We support and empower indigenous families to create a future for themselves through meaningful work with a sustainable network of incredible US clients aligned with the concept of sustainability & culture preservation. Kinalba was created by Sinclair and Debbie Paterson and is based in the heart of the Scottish Borders, 30 miles south of Edinburgh, Scotland. We aim to support independent mills and reinforce the area’s strong reputation for high-quality textile manufacturing. Only the finest cashmere is used in our products, which has been carefully sourced from Inner Mongolia, then expertly dyed, woven or knitted, and finished in Scotland by experienced hands. With almost 30 years’ experience in the luxury textile industry, Sinclair recognises that quality counts, heritage holds and strong design creates distinction. UnoEth, meaning 'one Ethiopia', is a father-daughter brand that reaches back to their roots and partners with artisans in Addis Ababa to craft handmade, leather handbags, totes, backpacks, duffles and accessories. Dagne and Xiomara, love to travel and were inspired by their many road trips and international travels before embarking on their leather bag and accessories business venture. Whether it's long journeys or daily commutes, the two yearned for classic styles with a story. In all honesty, UnoEth started on accident. After a trip to Ethiopia to visit family, Dagne brought a leather messenger bag as a gift for Xiomara. After countless compliments and inquiries from friends and strangers about the bag, Dagne suggested the two should start a business. Initially, Xiomara resisted as she was focused in her corporate career and busy personal life. Soon after, friends and co-workers asked when Dagne was heading back to Ethiopia and asked if they could place pre-orders! After her initial hesitation and the growing demand for her leather messenger, Xiomara said 'yes' and hopped on board! She then designed several bag styles, Dagne helped their current artisan partner obtain his export license and thus, the birth of UnoEth began. After witnessing the dramatic impact of UnoEth's partnership and investment with artisans and small businesses in Ethiopia, the duo made it their mission to keep duplicating their business model across the globe, one artisan at a time.

Studio Hop goes all the way back to 2005 when founders Sam & Kikiyo took the plunge and started a market stall in Spitalfields, London on a wing and a prayer. Our nights were spent designing, creating and making handmade jewellery whilst our days involved persuading gentle city-folk and the odd tourist to purchase our creations. Fast forward a few years, and after oodles of hustling and hard work, we had opened shops in Camden Lock, Portobello Road, Gabriel’s Wharf and Hay’s Galleria – all fantastic London locations with history, charm and character. We took to the road and exhibited at trade shows around the country taking on stockists from Truro to Tasmania convincing shop owners along the way that their premises really weren’t complete without our latest range. Studio Hop moved to our current studio in Brockley, (the sunniest part of South East London) in 2016. We have a small warehouse downstairs for stock picking (quickly, because it’s always, always cold) then a studio on the first floor for design work, photography and the personalisation of all our pieces. As everything is prepared by our fantastic team under the one roof we can usually get orders despatched on the same day. Customer service has been at the heart of what we do since we first set up shop in 2005 and whether we see you in person or not, whether a retail or trade customer, we see no reason to change things now! Knitluxe Studio is a British design studio, creating sophisticated yet playful winter accessories, gifts and homeware using ethically sourced and sustainable luxurious Merino Lambswool. Knitluxe Studio aims to challenge and transform the perception of knitted textiles while retaining craftsmanship, traditional machine knitting techniques mixed with modern contemporary knitwear designs. It is designed to make the wearer feel empowered and unique, whilst maximising the natural performance properties of wool. Every piece is created and constructed by hand on a 12gg vintage knitting machine and hand finished to the highest standard. Szilvia is committed to sustainability and only selects traceable luxury yarns to encourage ethical practice, lifestyle and to ensure quality. Szilvia’s vintage knitting machine is a fine gauge hand flat Dubied knitting machine, considered vintage now as they are no longer being manufactured as digitally operated knitting machines took over. Learning and knowing how to create fabric on these machines is a skill that less and less people are taught and has a chance therefore to be a forgotten trade in the future. Szilvia is also a knitwear technician in the university where she undertook her degree, teaching machine knitting to the next generation. With her practice she aims to create timeless knitwear made entirely with the finest quality wool on the market to commit to a better future. She also intends to make woollen knitwear fashionable.
