Every blend is sampled seven times during the journey from being plucked to your cup – a process overseen by our Chairman, Mr Rahim Afshar, and his team of world-leading Tea Masters. Nothing leaves our tasting room until we are sure it is an extraordinary cup of tea, destined to inspire tea lovers everywhere. Our family business is driven to inspire the love of tea. This passion pours from every leaf into every brew. Through uplifting the welfare of women who pick our tea, to preserving quality through sustainable production, our journey to positive impact is everlasting. Our positive impact flows beyond the tea gardens, with 20% of our profits spent on providing healthcare, education, food and access to drinking water to vulnerable communities around the world.

COMPOSTABLE TEA BAGS Our tea bags are made from Soilon, a biodegradable cornstarch and our clear inner bag is made of Natureflex. They are both fully compostable and we recommend disposing of them in your council food waste bin. RECYCLABLE & BIODGRADABLE CARTONS Our FSC-certified cartons are produced using sustainably sourced renewable resources. The printing process is chemical-free with vegetable-based inks. The cartons are not only recyclable but also compostable - so these can also be collected with food waste and will biodegrade within 12 weeks. ETHICALLY SOURCED INGREDIENTS Our ingredients are ethically sourced by our manufacturing partner, a small family run business in Kent, who have been sourcing high quality products, direct from origin for over 100 years.

We are Brew Tea Company, a family run business based in Manchester. But at Tea HQ we do everything else. Blend it, taste it, pack it, ship it.  Doing tea differently, keeping it simple. Awesome tea, always rolled whole leaves. We wouldn't have it any other way. Leaves that look like leaves. They're big and they're tasty; kept intact to preserve their flavour and handpicked just the right time. Tea grows in loads of places, but the taste can be completely different. Stranger then that, often the ingredients just say 100% Tea. We choose origins and farms that achieve just the right taste for each blend and we put them right there on the pack. We only ever use 100% whole rolled leaves, never broken – for a better, richer tea full of flavour. By taking tea, and Tea Drinkers seriously and giving them something more interesting, better-looking yet still approachable, we’re on to something… We try to make everything we do, as good as our Tea: We're a proud B Corp, committed to using business as a force for good.
