Raymond and Nina-Marie Cattaneo are from San Luis Obispo where this unique product is made. They started the business in 2002. Raymond grew up making jerky with his dad and uncle so he decided to start his own brand. Our jerky product is made from California Harris Ranch Beef, handcut by Raymond and Nina. Its a delicious and thick cut jerky many have become addicted to. It comes in 6 delicious flavors.

Husband and wife, Mike & Rachel George founded From Our Farm in 2018. They wanted to create exceptional quality meat snacks using grass fed, PGI Welsh beef, such as that produced on the George family farm for over four generations.

The Greek Farmer

Hertfordshire based producer of Greek influenced cured meats using only natural ingredients and free range British meat. The owner & founder, Tony Charalambides, was born in the early 80’s and raised in Hackney, London, to an Irish mother and Greek Cypriot father. Family & food were and still are the most important factors growing up in a Cypriot & Irish household. Having a strong passion for food, he was determined to create a food business. A disused metal grain silo, built in the 1960s, sat tired and empty on his families farm and for years he was determined to make some use of it. In 2020 this silo was converted into what is now their walk in smokehouse and subsequently The Greek Farmer was born. We are the only UK producer of Greek influenced charcuterie. The authentic spice mixes together with our trademark Cypriot red wine bathing technique give our meat snacks their characteristic taste, reflecting on our Greek Cypriot heritage. The methods of producing delicious cured meat have stood the test of time and include dry curing in salt, cold smoking using oaks logs from local sustainable woodlands and hanging to age for many months in our state of the art temperature and humidity controlled ageing room

Established in the heart of the Cotswolds, CopperNose Ltd is the creation of two brothers, Liam and Daniel. Both having grown up with American beef jerky, CopperNose was inspired to set a new standard in craft jerky, whilst using the same principles the pioneers of the New World used, bringing you the next generation of craft jerky. Using only 100% grass fed, ethically sourced British silverside beef, CopperNose is able to track and trace each order back to the farm. The idea came during Liam’s final year at the Royal Agricultural University where he competed, placing 1st runner-up in the UK Grand Idea Competition and was encourage to continue with the venture by the one and only Levi Roots, nicknaming Liam “The Jerky Man”. Daniel travelled the world in search of the best ingredients for CopperNose Craft Jerky, ensuring our jerky was second to none. The company steadily grew with more and more joining the CopperNose Family as Liam and Daniel toured the country, bringing the UK the very best in craft jerky. Today you can find the CopperNose brand in various independent retailers, as well as the Cooperative stores, both in the UK, USA and Europe. Moorcroft Foods LTD

Born in 1898 in the small farming town of Cradock, South Africa to a family of British settlers – Cecil “Fenner” Moorcroft joined the family meat business from a young age. Over the following years he built up a wealth of expertise in the livestock trade and became a well-known name amongst farmers all over South Africa. Five generations later and back home in Britain, we continue to carry out Fenner’s legacy of providing wholesome top-quality, traditional South African style biltong and meat snacks that are tasty, nutritious and ethically sourced from the highest-grade livestock – just like Fenner did!

Tong Jerky

The story of Tong Jerky started back in 2010 when the founders were in college together in Los Angeles. They traveled extensively looking for the best meat produce to eat, which is how they discovered biltong, a traditional South African cured meat snack similar to beef jerky. In 2016 the pair was finally inspired to bring their own biltong inspired beef jerky to the masses. They did this by combining the best features of biltong with traditional American beef jerky. This led to years of research and experimenting with various techniques and flavors in order to manufacture the finest product possible. In 2018 they finalized what they consider to be the perfect twist to this American classic. The result is an exemplary combination of taste and texture, coupled with a blend of spices that have been 30 years in the making. Tong’s mission is to deliver a high quality soft and flavorful steak jerky for everyone to enjoy.
