Employing those who are more vulnerable to needing additional support and flexibility, including disabled veterans of war, single parents, and recovering addicts, with inclusion for all ethnicities and affiliations. Specimens are sourced from conservation efforts restoring habitat and fostering populations, as the have a natural 10% morbidity rate and sell these specimens to help fund their efforts. Some specimens come from education efforts where butterflies are fostered for release. Some come as found donations from fans and friends.
