Balmista skincare was founded during the lockdown by me - Ajna. I just got made redundant and thought it's the perfect opportunity to do what I've always desired to do. And that's making people feel confident in their own skin. All my products are handmade in small batches in Crystal Palace, South London. Sustainability is at the heart of my brand. Not only do I plant five trees with every purchase and am a carbon neutral workforce, but I also produce waterless formulations, which are more potent and eco-friendly than traditional water-based cosmetics. I offer three beautiful facial products: Self Love Face Oil, Glorious Green Face Cleanser and Nude Glow Face Cream. All are water and preservative free, vegan and eco-friendly. My best seller has been the Self Love Face Oil, due to it's divine amaretto-like smell thanks to its hero ingredient: organic plum oil. The products suit all skins, especially dry and eczema prone types and give that amazing, healthy glow.
