Here at Wibble, we felt it was time to start a jelly journey, we are helping jelly to finally GROW UP! Laura, our founder, has been a loyal jelly lover all her life. Right from being a kid, she loved jelly but whilst she grew up, she felt as though jelly never really did. Less than impressed with the current lack of jelly offerings available. She decided it was time to jump into the kitchen and invent her own wobbly fun. Wibble was born! We want to give a forgotten dessert, snack, treat a make-over and new tasty flavour combinations. Why have one flavour when you can have two? Best of all, it’s LOW IN CALORIES, LOW IN SUGAR and NOTHING ARTIFICIAL. All our jelly pots are packed with tasty pressed juices and other plant-based ingredients, with no hidden extras. 100% NATURAL jelly bursting with REAL fruit juices. That’s the Wibble way!

OUR KITCHEN! OUR HANDS! NEVER CO-PACKED! In 2010 Gino De Schrijver, a chef of 35 years, developed a line of savory and sweet culinary preserves to pair with every course of a meal. Unexpected herbs blend with fruits to yield complex, well balanced flavors. Gino transformed the underutilized spaces of The Delaware Valley Volunteer Firehouse into a FULL production facility. In exchange, they receive 5% of our gross revenue. The surrounding farms inspire many of our jams. We preserve only with 100% certified organic cane sugar and lemon.

Stewart Maple is proud to be a family owned and operated business in rural Cuttingsville, Vermont. Our vision is to combine the local, handcrafted maple products that we love, with an innovative and sustainable approach to producing certified organic maple syrup and specialty, small batch maple products. As young boys, Elliott and Tanner Stewart (now co-owners) would help collect buckets of sap at a neighbor’s sugarhouse during the spring season and fell in love with the process. In their early years of high school, the Stewart Brothers convinced their parents, Mark and Gina Stewart to start their own maple business. Their business, Stewart Maple, was established in 2010 with 75 acres of maple trees. The business has now grown to cover over 1200 acres of Vermont maple forests and supports their entire family full time. Elliott and Tanner (now in their mid-late 20’s) manage the sugarbush and day to day operations. Mark is our evaporator master, with his wife Gina by his side. Elliott’s wife, Alyssa, operates their brick & mortar, The Stewart Maple Marketplace, and has taken over all specialty product productions from Gina’s original recipes. Stewart Maple encompasses the small town, mom and pop, locally made products that we love, but also the dream and future of two young entrepreneurs working hard to grow a business that can continue to support their family for generations.

We are the Ellis Family – Mike, Laura, Samuel, and Mason. Farming is our passion - where our roots travel deep and wide. As a full time farm family, all our fruits and berries are grown to the highest standards with a finely honed commitment to quality. We value good crops as an endowment from the land and good foods as gifts from the heart. We believe our fruits and berries from the Willamette Valley are some of the finest and most flavorful in the world. As a family, we knew we wanted our products to highlight the bounty of Oregon and honor our land. We wanted to create farm to jar products from the fruits we grew and sourced, while also using local ingredients such as Oregon rum, sea salt from our beautiful coastline, and freshly ground spices from a Portland shop. We use certified Organic ingredients (such as sugar and lemon juice) whenever possible. We don't add any high fructose corn syrup, artificial preservatives, flavors, or coloring. Everything we make is natural and non-GMO. Because we use low amounts of Organic sugar, our products can be added to many dishes to enhance flavor.

England Preserves is a small, family-run company dedicated to making the brightest, most beautiful and delicious preserves. Sky & Kai met more than 20 years ago at Borough Market, London. Britain was undergoing a culinary revolution, with the nation's best chefs, farmers and manufacturers focusing their attention on the abundance of beautiful produce surrounding them. Eager to be a part of this exciting era, Sky & Kai began making low-sugar preserves from their flat kitchen to sell at London's farmers markets. After gaining a devoted following, the pair occupied their very own jam factory in the heart of the capital and have never looked back since. England Preserves' products are exceptionally fruity, highlighted by a reduced-sugar formula that allows the fruit's natural flavours to sing with clarity. Bonjour everyone, I am Mathieu, the Frenchman behind THE FRENCHMAN. Born and raised in Paris, I’ve always had a deep passion for authentic, flavourful food with real character. After a career in cosmetics and fashion, I felt a strong desire to share my love for delicious, wholesome food with others. What started as a nighttime hobby, making jam with plenty of fruit and just a little sugar to unwind, soon grew into something more. Friends quickly returned empty jars, asking for more, and that’s how THE FRENCHMAN was born. In a world where overproduction and unsustainable farming practices are the norm, it was important for me to use only organic ingredients, grown in a healthy, natural environment. After spending years in industries with significant environmental impacts, I knew it was time to embrace a more responsible way of life. THE FRENCHMAN represents this shift. Bon appétit!

Frutas el Caimán was born in 1975 as a family business producing table grapes with a Designation of Origin, a guarantee of tradition, quality and origin. In 2020, we launched our exclusive Muscat grape jam with designation of origin, among other jams. All our jams are an extra category with 60% fruit, harvested at their optimum point of ripeness in the middle of the season. Enjoy each seasonal fruit all year round in its sweetest version and its excellent organoleptic characteristics. In addition, we have some preserves, in which we continue to maintain quality and tradition, such as extra category peppers roasted in a wood oven or homemade ratatouille following the traditional recipe with olive oil.

Lillie O’Brien established London Borough of Jam in 2011, following five years as pastry chef at St John Bread & Wine in London, United Kingdom. LBJ preserves are made in small batches and cooked for a shorter time compared to generic brands. The flavour is honest and unadulterated; it is fruit-driven, rather than sugar-driven. When tasting LBJ preserves you will always taste the fruit first followed by the sugar and a special complimentary flavour. We use natural, unrefined sugars and no commercial pectins. LBJ preserves contain no more than 4 ingredients and are dairy free & vegan. The preserves combine seasonal fruits – sourced in the UK, France, Italy and Spain – such as Victoria Plums, Greengages, Raspberries, Rhubarb and Seville Oranges with unusual additions such as bay leaf, cardamom, cocoa nibs, lemon verbena, wild fennel pollen and verjuice which we believe enhance the fruit flavours and maintain natural, respectful combinations.

We are a family business of Hispanic/Italian origin located in Chercos (Almeria), a small town in Andalusia in southern Spain. Our jams are made with 85% fruit and reduced sugar content (they contain 40% less sugar than traditional jams on the market). They are 100% organic, with cane sugar, without preservatives or dyes, gluten free, and free of GMOs. We make them in small quantities by hand, with organic fruit from small farmers, using renewable energy sources. Our jams have received numerous international awards for their high quality and modern packaging. In 2015, to revive this Parisian tradition, Nadège Gaultier and Laura Goninet founded Confiture Parisienne with the desire to create exceptional jams using products that are just as exceptional. Confiture Parisienne recipes have unexpected flavors. But they still are made according to traditional, artisanal methods, without any additives or preservatives. Cooked in small batches in copper cauldrons, each jam is lovingly prepared, with a balance of ingredients that lets each one find its proper place and express its flavor to the fullest.

Based in the cathedral city of Ripon, North Yorkshire, Reet Yorkshire Food was launched by its’ owners Martin and Elissa Bennett in October 2020. Aspiring to create a strong brand, working with a local brand specialist based in North Yorkshire. The brand expresses our passion for robust flavours and colours. Having decided to keep the range small and produce five great flavours of each Jam, Marmalade, Chutneys and Relishes. We also produce great tasting Lemon Curd, Tomato Sauce and Brown Sauce. We are also passionate about sourcing local produce and using local suppliers for as much of our ingredients as possible. We are delighted to have been given the Yorkshire Mark license.
