The Bartz noodle factory is a family business from the Ruhr area. Our pasta production started in 2019 to produce fresh noodles for our main company, Bartz Catering GmbH. These were very well received by our customers from the catering and event sector as well as our corporate catering sector. In 2020, we began producing the first packaged products for the market.

ABOUT US Filotea is a small company, situated in the heart of Marche region, which produces pasta according to local traditions. Achieving excellent flavour is Filotea’s top priority and, for this reason, the production of pasta is not only based on meticulous processing methods, but also on the careful monitoring of all the preparation phases, starting from the choice of flour, durum wheat semolina and fresh eggs. THE HISTORY OF OUR NAME The name was used by San Francesco of Sales in one of the most beautiful books of the Christian spiritual literature: “Filotea - Introduction to a devoted life”. This name is celebrated on September the 15th and on November the 5th. WHY CHOOSE FILOTEA Because it is made using a mixture of flour, durum wheat semolina and fresh eggs. Because it is dried very slowly at a low temperature. Because it has a rough texture and an extraordinary capacity of absorbing sauces. Because our pasta has very short cooking times. Because it tastes like fresh homemade pasta, but as it is dry, it has a shelflife of 2 years. Because it is light and easy to digest.

Briardines are homemade pasta, made on a family farm in the Île de France, more precisely in the Seine and Marne. They are made with durum wheat produced on the farm in an environmentally friendly agriculture and then processed in a manufacturing workshop with a low temperature drying to preserve all the nutrients and keep a taste rich in flavors.

THE ART SIGNED BY OUR PASTA MAKERS For the pasta making process, we have relied on different pasta makers. The semolina, mixed with mountain's water, creates a knead that will be shaped during the bronze drawing process, which scratching the surface leaves it rough and porous, like the pasta makers tradition. After that, pasta is based on the wood's loom, to begin the low temperature drying phase (between 34°C and 44°C). The entire process is done in a precise environment, obtained by balancing temperature and humidity; the product will lay here from 12 to 36 hours. After taking care of every step of the making process, Amorerra's final product is ready to fascinate and engage everyone in a unique experience of taste and whit all Italian tradition inside.

In our traditional farm body, we rehabilitated an old beet factory in a pasta making workshop, it is here that we had the idea of combining two flavors to create unique pasta. With our family and friends as Guinea pigs-testers, we have mixed natural tastes, and invented a range of gourmet pasta. Tomato-Basil, Lemon-Rosemary, Garlic-Parsley, Pumpting-Chestnut, Pepper Charcoal... Our pasta is the result of a short circuit: we sow durum wheat on our land, we harvest it ourselves, then once processed in a nearby mill, we make the pasta.

Apulia, the sunny southern region of Italy, offers the ideal place for the production of the best pasta. Pastificio del Colle has gained an excellent position among the best artisan pasta factories in Italy. Mr. Vito Nettis, the current owner, is the nephew of Vito Nettis, who was carrying out various food activities almost in the 1920s. The processing of our pasta prefers artisanal techniques, working the dough manually or using bronze dies that make it a rough product, suitable for containing all types of sauces. We use high quality durum wheat, 100% Italian and natural dyes: turmeric for the yellow color, spinach for the green, beetroot for the violet, paprika for the orange, spirulina and apple extract for the blue and sepia for the black. All forms are slowly dried for 36/40 hours at a low temperature of max 39° C, which allows the product to preserve its organoleptic characteristics. Taste our colored, flavored, traditional white and wholemeal pasta, you will definitely feel new!
