- A faster, more personalised Faire Marketplace: Growing our retailer community remains a top priority and, in 2024, we invested heavily in making Faire faster, more engaging and easier for retailers to shop. We introduced features like a curated hub of personalised recommendations, and saved search history, helping retailers pick up right where they left off. Changes like these make an impact: Over 9 million new retailer-brand relationships have formed to date, and brands on Faire have sold more than $7 million in inventory.
- Individual logins for team members: Thousands of brands have already added team members to their Faire accounts to work more efficiently, while keeping their businesses secure. This year, we’ll continue to make it easier to manage your business by allowing you to access multiple brands from a single user account.
- Faire app improvements: We made managing your business on the go even easier with mobile order writing and barcode scanning, so you’ve got more time for your craft and customers
- Top Shop goes global: We’re excited to announce that Top Shop is now available worldwide. This means even more opportunities for brands to showcase their quality and reliability to retailers everywhere. Earning a Top Shop badge helps you stand out in search, attract new customers and grow your business. As we expand Top Shop globally, we remain committed to helping you build strong, lasting relationships with retailers around the world. - Better shipping tools, fewer barriers: We heard from European retailers that customs challenges and unpredictable costs make cross-border ordering difficult. That’s why we improved international shipping last year, introducing EORI and VAT ID collection to streamline the process. We also gave brands more control with flexible shipping tools, making it easier to offer free, predictable and competitive shipping rates across every corridor. When brands provide flat-rate or free shipping, it removes friction at checkout – helping retailers buy with confidence and ultimately driving more sales for your business.

- Simplify managing orders: We’re improving Faire Direct’s order-taking tools, so you can take orders anywhere, from any retailer, with all the benefits of Faire. Plus, we’re introducing smarter, automated emails that you can set and forget, with improved personalisation, targeted recommendations and customisable designs to make connecting with customers easier and more effective.
- Offer the best value: We’re improving how shipping works on Faire, starting with simplifying and optimising Ship with Faire. You can also form stronger relationships with retailers by offering predictable, competitive shipping costs with the support of Faire’s shipping tools.
