Last month, Faire teamed up with the UK’s biggest seasonal trade show, Autumn Fair. Our goal was to bridge the gap between digital and in-person connection—and to show how powerful a combination of both strategies can be.
Our partnership with Autumn Fair brought us face-to-face with both exhibitors and buyers at the show; we had over 300 conversations at our booth! Here’s how we helped support and instruct the Autumn Fair customers who came by.

- 1:1 support from our Brand Success team: Exhibitors received expert tips to guide them through setting up their shops on Faire and tailored strategies to help boost their sales.
- New order-writing tool: We introduced our new app for brands designed to simplify the process of taking orders directly at the show, making transactions smoother and more efficient from scanning the business card of a new customer to tracking the first order.
- Promotion on Faire’s channels: We celebrated exhibitors who sell on Faire through our exclusive Autumn Fair featured collection, giving them additional visibility to thousands of retailers browsing online through our marketing campaign. In addition, we showcased a hand-curated selection of brands at our booth.
Retailers:
- Exclusive code for first-time orders: Autumn Fair exhibitors were given an exclusive offer of 50% off their first order and free shipping.
- In-person support: Our team answered questions, offered advice, and guided retailers on how to use Faire to find the best products for their stores and manage their businesses.
- Interactive product experience: We showcased a curated selection of products from leading Faire brands at our booth. Show attendees could explore and physically engage with products to complement their digital shopping.
Retailers visiting the show also benefited from Faire’s presence. At our booth, Faire experts had 1:1 conversations with retailers to support them and answer questions about opening a new space, sourcing unique inventory, or using Faire’s tools to become more efficient.
The impact: Autumn Fair by the numbers

- A 6% increase in buyers year-over-year, showing strong demand for new products.
- A 20% rise in the number of buyers with sole or joint purchasing responsibility, demonstrating the influence of the attendees.
- 30% brand-new buyers, underscoring Autumn Fair’s ability to attract fresh retail interest.
- 50% of attendees were business owners, showing that decision-makers took the time to be there and source the best products for their stores.
- Over 87% of returning buyers made purchases, further emphasizing the event’s effectiveness in generating sales.
