Hi there! I’m Kait, the founder and creator behind Pollie & Res. My journey began with a passion for making beautiful, unique earrings that bring joy and style to everyday life. When I’m not busy designing new pieces or packing orders, I work as an ICU nurse, which has deeply shaped my approach to both my work and life. Caring for others in the hospital gives me perspective, and it’s also where I draw inspiration for the detail and care I put into each piece I create. Balancing these two worlds — nursing and creating — is a challenge, but it’s one that keeps me grounded and motivated. Each pair of earrings is crafted with love, attention to detail, and a deep commitment to quality. I believe in making products that feel personal, just as I pour my heart into every design. When I’m not working on earrings or at the hospital, I’m hanging out with my Groodle, Ollie, who’s my constant companion and the source of endless smiles. And this year, I’m especially excited because I’m getting married in mid-July — a big milestone in my personal life! I’m so grateful to have you along on this journey. Every collection I create is a labor of love, and I hope these pieces will not only elevate your store but also bring joy to those who wear them.
