Evie Olive Oil was founded out of a commitment to high quality, authentic & fresh Extra Virgin Olive Oil grown right here in the USA. We work with small California farmers to release small batches of pure Extra Virgin Olive Oil every year. By harvesting our mono-varietal olives early in the season (November) and cold pressing within hours of picking, we capture the health and flavor of one of nature's perfect foods. The result is a robust, aromatic and antioxidant-rich EVOO that we're excited to deliver from our farms to your tables. ______ My great-grandmother, Eva “Evie” Fields, was renowned for her cooking and the reason for this stemmed from the quality of the ingredients she used. All of her dishes were made with fresh ingredients from her backyard garden. Evie Olive Oil (EVOO) ensures fresh, high quality & unprocessed foods are sourced straight from our backyard (aka California!). We support sustainable farming practices by donating 1% of each bottle purchased to help create a better food ecosystem for our great-grandchildren
