In 1963 in Cagliari, Sardinia, there was a small artisan pasta factory that, thanks to the experience and passion of the founder, was able to bring traditional pasta to the fore with undisputed success Sarda, the Fregola and the Malloreddus. Today, in the new factory in Settimo San Pietro — Cagliari, with the new production lines and our more than 50 years of experience, we continue to make the history of traditional Sardinian pasta in the world. We are experts in the production of bronze drawn pasta that makes the surface of the pasta porous and rough, therefore perfect for capturing the condiment; this process also, keeping the temperatures, guarantees the final quality of the product as it leaves the organoleptic properties of the raw material intact. We boast an increasingly wide and innovative range of formats that combines the precious tradition of ancient family recipes with the most modern production techniques. Thanks to the great passion and love for our land, our products are made with respect for tradition, authenticity and quality: the result is a bronze drawn pasta, selected, of high quality quality that contains only the best wheat blends in SARDINIA, guaranteeing the taste and flavor that make Italian cuisine unique and special in the world. In 2018 we complete the acquisition of the Qui Sardegna brand, a company specialized in typical Sardinian bread, such as Carasau, Guttiau and Pistoccu.
