Colyer House Creations began quite literally from one social media post 3 years ago. I had been making candles in a small studio for a few months prior, but the pandemic was making it difficult to find simple supplies like candle jars. That is when I decided to try making my own vessels out of concrete. Without even thinking about it, I posted the concrete vessels in a candle making group on social media. I had over 300 people contact me that day, which propelled me into creating my own website that afternoon. As they say, the rest is history. I have since had to triple my space and the business is still growing. I am bringing some other family members in and will soon be offering even more handmade items for your home. I am excited to see what the future holds for this small business. All items are made in my studios, on our family farm, in Southern Illinois. My focus is centered around great customer service, reusable items that are packaged with care, and earth friendly or recyclable boxes and fillers.

We look for the best quality products we can find. We work with company’s and wild crafters that have the upmost respect for the land and plants they harvest. All of our desert sage, Sweetgrass, Cedar, Piñon Resin, is all from Native America sourced wild-crafters. Our White Sage is wild-crafted in Southern California by a wonderful family that we work closely with. They take great care of the plants they harvest, Never over harvesting the plant! Our Palo Santo comes from Ecuador, we work with a great company there that Sub-stainable harvests all of their wood and work with the local government and community to plant new trees. They plant around 4000 trees a year.
