Together, Amanda and Serena refine the beeswax and create products that help support the local beekeeping industry. Starting from humble beginnings, Serene's has blossomed into a small-batch artisan manufacturer of exquisite beeswax candles and related items. Both Amanda and Serena are actively involved in the chandlery's operations. They personally select beeswax from local Apiarists known for their meticulous beekeeping practices and adherence to industry standards. They oversee the beeswax refinement process and develop original formulas inspired by customer needs for their skincare and home care products, as well as handcrafting the pure beeswax candles. Botanicals, oils, and milks are sourced from Australian suppliers and local growers, leading to unique formulations that incorporate beeswax with the aim of enhancing skin health and fostering a non-toxic home environment.
