About London Chocolate
Using only ingredients – fine flavour cacao and natural cane sugar — we ensure that our chocolate bars express the undiluted tasting notes and full flavour profiles of each single estate’s exquisite beans. To craft each bar, we roast, crack, winnow, grind, conch, and temper in small batches, before individually moulding and wrapping them by hand. Because of the care and dedication that we put into our process, our chocolate is the most complete, most complex and most indulgent chocolate in the world. Like the finest wines, our premium cacaos contain earthy and grassy hints, floral notes, spices, caramels, and fruit flavours, that combine to create taste profiles which develop as the chocolate is savoured. The exquisite aromas, distinctive tastes and glorious, bursting bouquets of our chocolate will redefine your definition of how real chocolate should taste.

Hello or shwmae as we say down here in Llanelli. My name is Peter Lloyd and I’m the founder of Cwtsh chocolate. Where did the name Cwtsh come from? Well Cwtsh is a welsh word also spelt cwtch but Cwtsh is the correct way. Cwtsh means to cuddle or hug but not just any cuddle, to Cwtsh is to give comfort and warmth to another, a feeling of relief and generosity. So I thought it was a fitting name for a chocolate company because I think chocolate is the food equivalent of a Cwtsh. The feeling of comfort and warmth it gives you, that sigh you let off when it melts on your tongue and the creamy sweet chocolate taste caresses your taste buds. The designs come from my desire for surfing, not that I surf, I would love to but I can’t swim however I like the whole image of it, the surf boards, drift wood, beaches, camper vans, the clothes and the freedom, I love it all which is why I try to base the designs and some of the flavours around that love I have for the surf scene and Cwtsh chocolate is based in a welsh coastal town and not far from the surfer’s paradise of the Gower. Cwtsh chocolate for me is about giving a sense of warmth and comfort and a desire to set you free of life’s stresses which affect us all at some point.

The name alone says it all, no? Wildly Canadian is an adventure in healthy eating from producers across Canada. Our emphasis is on quality products that meet our high standards – we share with you only the same Canadian-grown goodness we serve at our own table. Every item in the Wildly Canadian basket is handpicked by Les Tabachak, who travels the country for only the best grown, raised, and harvested goods like Wild Rice from the pristine lakes of northern Manitoba, Ontario, and Saskatchewan, Maple Syrup from the rich maple forests of Ontario and Quebec, and pure Wildly Canadian Cranberry Juice using berries from Quebec. It gives us all a better connection with our food, knowing exactly where it came from. In fact, that’s part of the Wildly Canadian philosophy: you are what – and where – you eat. Why not enjoy the great Canadian terroir of the rich soil, blue sky, and pristine water we have in our own backyard? It’s hard to connect with our food. Eating locally is a great way to do that, but that’s not always easy in a country like Canada with our rugged landscape and short growing season in many locales. Country-wide though, we have a bevvy of all-natural, healthy, and all-Canadian choices just ripe for picking. That’s what Wildly Canadian brings to your table. Wildly Canadian is found in grocery stores across Canada including Whole Foods, as well as other fine food retailers internationally. As well the Wildly Canadian brand name is trademarked in over 40 countries.

Hummingbird is a craft chocolate maker, creating award-winning, single origin chocolate in 10 arduous steps from cacao bean to chocolate bar. Based in the prettiest little town in Ontario (location for dozens of Hallmark movies), Hummingbird focuses on ethically sourcing fine-flavour cacao and creating delicious chocolate bars and other goodies. Founders Erica and Drew Gilmour have always loved chocolate, but came to making it in a roundabout way. From Afghanistan to Zimbabwe, they spent their careers working with farmers in developing countries which was just about the best job in the world. They learned a lot, helped a bit, and gained a huge respect and affection for people who make food, from grower to artisan. Life was often a tad spartan, but it was considerably improved by occasional indulgences of chocolate. When it was time to leave Kabul, they decided to pursue chocolate making as it let them continue to connect with farmers, while learning how to craft something they loved and that brought so much joy to others. Almost ten years later, they're proud to be part of the craft chocolate movement, purchasing fine quality beans ethically, pairing them with local ingredients and winning over a hundred international awards along the way.

Soul chocolate began in 2015 out of our tiny apartment in Toronto. Our goal was simple: we wanted to make the best chocolate possible. At that time, we believed the best chocolate was one that simply tasted the best. You know, one that was packed full of flavour and complexity. And If you had the chance to try it, it would blow your mind wide open while challenging any ideas you had about what chocolate should taste like. Over the next few years we began to realize that making the best chocolate was not only about the flavour of the finished chocolate, it was about much, much more. What good is the best flavour when those who are supplying your ingredients are not paid fairly for their time and energy? We would say it's not so good at all! So, we decided to source all of our cacao and every single ingredient we use in a transparent and meaningful way. Our ultimate goal is to buy cacao directly from the farmers themselves, which we are working towards each and every day. How amazing would it be to build meaningful relationships with the ones responsible for such tasty chocolate? Plus, we would be able to go travel to them and visit, and explore the beauty that surrounds them! So, what started as a journey to make the best tasting chocolate has evolved. We are sure it will continue to evolve as we grow older as a company and wiser as human beings. We want to make chocolate that is fair for everyone involved.
Kin + Pod grew from one woman’s passion for chocolate and change. Inspired by her experience in fine pastry and the restaurant industry, our founder set out to right some of the wrongs she saw in the cocoa industry — child slavery, overuse of palm oil and deforestation to name just a few. Ethical sourcing is the cornerstone of our business. We work 1-on-1 with small-holder cacao farmers and their families to source the richest cacao beans from across the globe. In exchange, our farmers are fairly compensated, which enables them to pay their employees higher wages and choose more sustainable farming practices. Ethical sourcing also means that we carefully assess safety standards, and the environmental impact of the way our cacao pods are grown, harvested and shipped before partnering with a farm. Above all, ethical sourcing means empowering a community to grow and build lasting connections. We help support many farmers and families across the globe and share our exceptional, hand crafted chocolate across Canada. We are energized by the work we do and the lives we change.
'Where art is overtaken by flavour' Decadence Chocolates started out of a love of quality food. One Christmas I decided to make truffles, marshmallows and nougat as gifts. My kitchen was a disaster, but it reminded me how much I loved creating. I took courses and practiced (much to my co-workers' delight), started selling at craft sales and then opened my commercial kitchen and store. We use the finest French chocolate. fresh and natural ingredients with no added preservatives.
