Truman is our English Bulldog – Shih – Tzu mix. Due to his food sensitivities Truman suffered from severe health issues. Until we started to make his dog food and treats ourselves. Many Dogs and Cats suffer from similar issues and pet parents are looking for healthy and fresh alternatives.

Cheryl, co-founder of Concha Collar, was looking for a way to honor the memory of her beloved rescue dogs, Bogart and Johnson, who had passed away within 18 months of one another. Cheryl wanted to put something special on her current rescue dog, Stogie's collar as a memory of Bogart and Johnson--but couldn't find anything unique that fit the bill. Cheryl and her BFF Carla (now business partner) were discussing the lack of options (over wine, of course), and a great idea was born. What if the pet parent could design a collar that would show all of their current and/or past pets' favorite things? And their favorite things as well? If Pandora could do it, why couldn't we design a unique collar and leash concept for our precious furbabies? And so the concept was born. As crazy animal lovers, Cheryl and Carla were excited to create something truly unique that pet owners would love. They created a fun collar and leash design that would be customizable AND changeable. The pet parent can swap out the charms at any time for a holiday, occasion or just for a different look! Our collars hold 7 charms (mini size holds 5) and our leashes hold 3 charms. Our bone-shaped keychains have one spot for an interchangeable charm. There is nothing in the market like it. I’m known as the Poop Bag Girl, a title given to me by my customers. As a dog mom for over 20 years, I have spent thousands of hours walking my dogs and picking up poop. The poop bag holders on the market are flawed by design, and to my surprise, none of the bags are genuinely biodegradable. I set out to design the ultimate poop bag holder. With the help of my husband and father-in-law, we created the Loop. Our friends test our prototypes, and our dogs ensure our products perform. We have spent a lot of time "field testing." Our products are Made in the USA and assembled by people who love dogs and care for our environment.
