We are Oltresole. Born in Forlì, in the heart of Romagna's culinary history, of which the famous Pellegrino Artusi was the interpreter. In order to bring high-quality foods to the table, we work with experts in the agri-food sector, to be sure to offer natural, preservative-free, carefully selected and certified products (PDO, PGI, BIO), many of which are vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free. A deep integration that makes it possible to offer decisive flexibility in the quantities of orders and a high level of the food products offered, many of which have organoleptic qualities of high nutritive/health value. Our Italian Organic Pasta, is a clear example of this, produced by hand, it comes with a completely gluten-free line and a functional one.
