L'Héritier offers you its artisanal production of coarse-grained sea salt and fleur de sel. In a natural range or combined with organic spices and herbs, our salt will reveal the flavors of your dishes. Harvested and sorted by hand, using only traditional tools, our production perpetuates a gesture and know-how inherited from the monks of the Guérande peninsula since the 10th century. For the record, after several years in the advice and integration of people with disabilities, Geoffrey wanted to undertake his own project. He discovered the Guérande territory and the profession of a salt worker, more than five years ago. Becoming a salt worker met many personal and family expectations, as well as values that were important to him. He therefore followed a BP REA in Saliculture in 2017. Beyond theoretical and practical lessons, this allowed him above all to meet passionate people who, like him, were committed to valuing a profession and a territory. Once the diploma was in his pocket, he therefore launched his exploitation, which is grouped in 3 production areas of the Guérande basin.
