We do this by reconnecting with the most unique flavors and ingredients from our mother land. Our loved product - Xoconostle Spread (choko-nose-leh) plays homage to the Mexican cactus. It does not have sugar and uses Agave Nectar instead. This spread is a lovely shade of pear with a fruity fragrance, featuring a refreshing tart citrus flavor. It is the wild-sour prickly pear that you find in all cactus throughout the country, as you drive from one place to the next across the Mexican deserts.
