Hi, I am Karim and the founder of Black Beard Spices Original. Due to my Moroccan roots, we have access to spices of the highest quality directly from the Orient. We work with Moroccan cooperatives (associations of farmers) and are committed to Fairtrade, as well as maximum transparency in cultivation and fair compensation. This also gives us the opportunity to have the spices grown specifically as we envision them. Some of our herbs grow wild in the Atlas Mountains and therefore have an extraordinary, wild taste. Our salt also comes from Morocco, which is not really known as a production country in the German market and serves as a perfect alternative to Fleur de Sel, which unfortunately now also contains microplastics. In addition, we also work with fermented spices such as our black lemons, which are not yet known here in Germany. We have a few other delicacies like powdered sauces and know-how, which are also applied in projects like spice blends, rubs, or sauce creations.
