Out of this fight, he has developed a training option for himself with the Handy Gym that suits his life situation. This adventure began in 2016. The main goal was to develop a portable gym that leverages the benefits of flywheel technology to work out whenever, wherever and however he wanted and with the strength available to him depending on his form of the day. Today, the Handy Gym is used by recreational athletes, personal trainers, physiotherapists and professional athletes. Among others with the Spanish national handball team, the German national badminton team in doubles, tennis players, martial arts such as MMA or karate and in boody building.
