Perlège, a desire to combine the good taste of chocolate with the notion of 'no added sugar.' The brand was born in the late 80s, from a deep desire to innovate in the chocolate market with an exceptional recipe that would make people with diabetes or other restrictions forget that they cannot eat 'classic' chocolate. After a phase of research and development, stevia was selected as the main sweetener. This optionally good recipe contains 85% cocoa for dark chocolate and 57% for milk chocolate. The sugar-free market is booming, but it is still difficult to find a balanced chocolate with the good taste of chocolate without finding sugar in it. This is a successful bet.
