Thala is an artisanal cannery created in 2013, in the village of Thala Bouzrou in Kabylia, a mountainous region in northern Algeria. Thala selects producers on a human scale. Nothing other than humans to perfect our profession. From cooking peppers over a wood fire to labeling jars, THALA calls on Berber women in its village to ensure optimal quality. This manual and meticulous work allows rigorous quality control at every stage of production. For its recipes, Thala selects local and seasonal ingredients. In addition, Thala does not use any preservatives or additives.
