Hi there! My name is Shawaunna Middleton and I’m the owner of Eunette Hair Essentials. It’s so nice to meet you! At Eunette Hair Essentials we make all natural hair care products made for the array of curly hair (kinky, curly, coily and loc’d). I started Eunette Hair Essentials in 2022. At the time I owned a salon named Finally Loc’d, where I specialized in microlocks and Sisterlocks. I opened my salon back in 2020 and upon opening the salon and testing out various products to use on my clients struggled to find something I loved that checked all the boxes. I needed products that would not cause buildup in their locs, not leave a cast on their hair, not make their locs unravel, and would eliminate the need to do apple cider vinegar rinses, so I made these products alongside some amazing chemists and formulators. These incredible partnerships birthed products that leave the hair build-up free, light-weight, shiny, smelling and most of all healthy to allow for hair growth. With our signature Spa Day line (pomegranate & lavender scented) it's like we bottled my salon’s essence & ambience into a bottle. We value using ingredients that do not cause long term harm to Black and Brown women like many products have historically. Our products are unique because though they are handmade they are science backed (cosmetic chemist approved), Trichologist approved (me 🙂), Cosmetologist approved (also me 😃), salon safe and salon quality that can be used at home.Read their story
