Hello 👋 I'm Sarah. Getting her first period, developing curves, going to war with pimples and ALL THE FEELS can all cause a dive in her self-confidence that ends with her becoming one of the four girls who'll drop out of sport after her 11th birthday. And as my own two girls reached their tween and teen years and I saw the impact with my own eyes and I decided that tackling the issue was mission I was more than willing to accept. Fast-forward to now and my collection of period essentials and puberty support products help tween and teen girls say adios to self consciousness and (at least some of) the awkwardness of adolescence, so they don't end up dulling themselves down and watching all the fun pass them by from the sidelines.
