About Pincinox

Family business, created by Louis Violet in 1968. Starting from an idea (to create an eternal clothespin), Louis multiplied the prototypes starting from a washing machine drum that he cut to make a stainless steel ribbon whose shape he gradually improved to arrive at a perfect clip, weighing 8.26 g each, with a good pinching power... and absolutely eternal. Absolute resistance to rain and sun, salt (use in the marine environment), but also a long-lasting pinching capacity, thanks to an ideal monoblock shape. No mechanism, no breakage. Pincinox is used for laundry of course, but also in the kitchen to close bags or cook papillottes, for decoration or storage... Read their story
