An agronomist by training and passionate about botany, I have valued the work of tea and plant producers for 25 years. I also transmit this passion through books, advice and training. Today I share my 100% natural, short circuit and gastronomy values thanks to my new tea brand: Lydia Gautier - Authors' Teas & Herbal Teas in the spirit of author wines. As a tea sommelier, I have selected exceptional raw materials and created blends of plants, without aromas. My know-how and the quality of the raw materials renew the tasting experience. Discover my exclusive recipes such as Alga Narcisse, a blend of wulong tea and seaweed from Brittany, T Revive, a green tea from Japan with lemongrass and ginger, or granotcha, an infusion combining organic buckwheat and barley produced in France.
