Evan McDougall is an Industrial Designer Based in Vancouver, Canada. He created Conifer out of a combined passion for nature, sustainability and design. As an Industrial Designer, he has seen the wasteful practises of the consumer product industry first hand and was driven to do things differently. All Conifer products are 3D printed in Canada using plant-based materials made from fermented organic matter such as sugarcane and corn starch. While plants grow, they take in carbon from their environment and sequester it within them, making our material inherently carbon negative. Conifer also purchases carbon credits in order to offset any carbon emissions due to shipping

She started by hand making, sanding, packaging orders, creating Tik Toks, doing customer service & all the other fun stuff from a small bedroom in her house.
