The Fiorini Artisan Pasta Factory, founded by grandfather Vilias Fiorini in 1967 in Varazze, Liguria, Italy. With more than 50 years of activity, it is today a purely artisanal family-run company, specialized in the production of fresh and dried pasta, sauces and traditional Ligurian sauces. LAGAIA is our dry pasta line. LAGAIA bears in its name the joy for the birth of a new life, the pride in a passion that unites four generations of pasta builders and identity with our land. For this reason, LAGAIA was born to be a superior quality pasta, produced with selected raw materials and ancient processing techniques. A line of dried artisan pasta that combines the Ligurian tradition (represented among others by Mandilli de Väze, Corzetti, Trofie) with the innovation of a product such as cocoa fettuccine.
