Molino Riva is a company specialized in the production of corn and buckwheat flours. Located in Garbagnate Monastero, in the heart of Brianza, a stone's throw from Lecco and Milan, for over a century it has been a leading brand in the sector, which has been able to provide quality and attention the customer is the distinctive feature of their company philosophy. Story Today's Molino Riva is the bearer of a centuries-old tradition in the production of flour. The current owner, Antonio Riva, is the last representative of a family of millers, who since 1890 has been carrying on this ancient business with competence and deep passion. After operating in the first part of the twentieth century at the historic family mill, on the Bevera stream, the Riva family inaugurated their first cylinder plant in 1930, before moving in 1971, to the current production complex. Specialized in the production of corn and buckwheat flours for the preparation of polenta, Molino Riva has been able to gain increasing support over time, so much so that today it can count on a production daily of over 800 quintals and has an active clientele throughout Italy, as well as in different countries of Europe, in the United States, Brazil, Turkey and Israel.
