Once the thought came into my head the obsession began. You might be wondering, "Where did Love Marie come from?” Well, my name is Jazmine and Marie is a family middle name that's been passed down to the women in my family. My grandmother, mom, aunts, cousins and myself all have Marie as one of our middle names, and when you think about family it’s all about love. So to honor that, I named my business Love Marie. My main focus has been to make Love Marie a luxury body care brand that features high quality butters and oils and was at least 95% natural. I wanted my products to be free from most allergens, because one, I used to be allergic to EVERYTHING and two, I know there’s people like my dad who's allergic to coconut, an ingredient present in almost every body care product these days. So it was really important to me to find alternatives for people like myself, who wanted high quality body care products with ingredients they can read and use.
